You need to understand how Dredge works before talking about a nerf, believe me when I say it's not easy to play, it may look easy but trust me it's not, and any other champion can easily destroy Dredge cuz he's not as good as most people think, his harpoon takes like 1.5 secs to windup and throw, his left clicks don't explode right away if it hits walls and floors, his right clicks take 2 whole seconds to blow up, and I think that anyone who's not mentally challenged can dodge them, his f skill is trash, yes you can teleport but it's not instant, unless you place it already and even if you've placed it already, when you teleport, it will show where you've been teleported, you can't hit fast and small targets, you can't win a fight easily against a flying foe especially if you have Scuttle Talent which btw is also bad at the first round(s) cuz deft hands is expensive and takes forever to get credits to fill it, yes even if you increase the reload speed with Broadside you'd still get yourself killed just in the time you spend throwing these 3 bombs, the reload projectile travels very slowly, his ult has like 95% chance not to hit someone cuz it takes 2 secs to fuse.
